Snowshoeing may be the world's oldest winter sport, but we're embracing social media in an effort to reach out and talk to snowshoers. The online world has provided some incredible channels to interact with the people who
use our equipment, and we want to hear what you have to say, whether it's sharing a great place to snowshoe or giving feedback on our designs.

We want our page to be a place to post up fan photos of the wintry locations you take your snowshoes, a place to ask us questions, and a place to connect with other snowshoers. To do that, we're making it worth your while to be a fan, and to encourage your friends and family to become fans of Atlas too.

Atlas' Inaugural Giveaway
From today until July 31st, 2009, we're running our first such contest to build our community. Here's the drill:
* For each 100 fans we get in June and July, we'll draw one random fan.
* The winners in June will receive an Atlas or Elektra t-shirt.
* The winners in July will receive as Atlas Headsweats running hat.
* If we crack 500 by June 30th, 2009, we'll draw an additional fan who will
get an Atlas Barn Jacket.
* If we hit 1000 by July 31st, 2009, we'll give one lucky Atlas fan a new
pair of Atlas snowshoes.*
We appreciate that support, and hope you'll help us build out a bigger snowshoe community and conversation. If you've swung by our page to say hi, we hope you'll share a story, spread the word about the contest, suggest
