Give a Hoot, Don’t Pollute: Crazy Creek launches new Woodsy Owl Original Chair
For every Woodsy Owl Original Chair sold, Crazy Creek will donate 10% to the U.S. Forest Service.
Red Lodge, Mont. (July 28, 2026) – Crazy Creek Products, the originators of the legless camp chair, today announced the launch of its newest special-edition design, the Woodsy Owl Original Chair. The new chair pairs Crazy Creek's original ground-level seat with one of America's longest-running conservation mascots, Woodsy Owl. This chair uplifts Woodsy Owl's "Give a Hoot, Don't Pollute" message and reminds outdoor goers everywhere to keep the outdoors clean.
Available now at REI, the Crazy Creek Woodsy Owl Original Chair celebrates a shared commitment to caring for the outdoors. To support that mission, Crazy Creek will donate 10 percent of proceeds from each chair sold to the U.S. Forest Service to help fund Woodsy Owl's conservation and anti-litter education efforts.

The Woodsy Owl Original Chair is built for comfort and durability in any environment. High-density closed-cell foam provides cushioned padding that won't absorb water, while sturdy carbon fiber support keeps users upright and supported through long sits. The chair is fully adjustable, offering a wide range of sitting positions for customizable comfort at any event.
Constructed with tough 600-denier coated polyester, the chair is protected from wet ground while remaining lightweight and easy to carry. Built-in carry handles and hook-and-loop straps keep the chair neatly folded during transport, and the design supports a weight capacity of 250 lbs.
